Fallbrook Art Assoc. meeting and more Zentangles

Michael Steirnagle was the guest demonstrator. It was fun to watch him paint. Helpful hints all along the way.

Zentangles
My flower pounding experiment. Pick some flowers, place them on watercolor paper, cover with another piece of paper and pound with a hammer. It didn't come out very well so I "tangled" over the top of it.

LOVE the idea of getting the color from flowers... think I'll have to try that with my tulips that are fading. And your solution by adding Zentangle is awesome! I also really like your zendala - especially the striped part with the curled tips! I can't remember the name of the tangle with the points you have overlapping near the center - but that's a real WOW effect!

Great detail on the Zendala. Like the fill sections. Gives it a great perspective.
